How it Works
Audit
The first step in our process is auditing many governmental agencies across the country to locate sums of money that are owed to private individuals and companies.
Speak With One of Our Agents
The second step! You will receive an email, a phone call, or perhaps a written letter from Money Finder Specialists informing you of the money that we have located that belongs to you. Don't ignore this communication as it's genuine and might enable you to get money that is sitting in a government agency somewhere.
Paperwork
The third step in our process is to verbally agree to let us work on your claim. Once we have your verbal agreement over the telephone, we will then contact a local Notary to come to your home to sign all required paperwork so we can get started with your claim. The notary will contact you to set up a date and time.
NOTE: Our company works on a contingency basis for communicating and filing all the required and necessary paperwork with the agency holding your funds. There will be Zero out-of-pocket expenses to you upfront. We are paid ONLY if we are successful in reclaiming your money. We cover ALL expenses related to your claim. If we are unsuccessful in getting your money, you owe us nothing.
Once you've signed all required documents and we've received and processed them, we will begin working on your claim. Claims usually take approximately 3-4 months depending on the complexity of the case. Each case is unique and there is no set time limit.
Payment
Once we've successfully received your money, the typical payout to you will range between 60% - 70% of the funds that we have collected. The time frame for you to receive payment is typically 30 business days to ensure that all funds have cleared the respective bank and are ready for release.
All funds within government agencies are being held ONLY for a specific amount of time. If the funds are not collected within that specific time frame, the agency holding the funds may be legally permitted to seize the funds through a legal process called "escheatment."Write your text here...
